Ethos Care Ltd provides supported accommodation across two homes. Both homes are situated in the same quiet, inclusive area of Southsea, Portsmouth, a seaside location that offers easy access to education, transport, healthcare, and a wide range of cultural and recreational facilities. Southsea is a diverse and welcoming town with strong transport links, multicultural food stores, and close proximity to key services including GP surgeries, dental practices, colleges, youth services, and leisure centres. The area includes mosques, Christian churches, Sikh and Hindu temples as well as other multicultural faiths. Southsea regularly hosts festivals and youth events, encouraging cultural awareness, integration, and personal development. There are also parks, skate parks, a sports centre, and council e-scooters promoting accessible transport and active living.

Each house modern three-storey property offering six double bedrooms, each designed to a high standard for comfort and privacy. All bedrooms are lockable and come fully furnished with:

  • A double bed, TV, wardrobe, desk, and personal safe.
  • Access to shared bathrooms (one per floor)

Rooms are neutrally decorated with stylish, modern finishes, and residents are encouraged to personalise their spaces. A welcome pack including bedding, towels, calendar and hygiene products is provided upon arrival. 

Our communal areas include a range of thoughtfully designed spaces for residents to relax, socialize, and engage in activities, such as lounges, dining areas and garden.

  • A large, modern open-plan kitchen with individual cupboards for personal food storage
  • A shared dining space to encourage mealtime engagement.
  • A bright and welcoming lounge with sofas, a TV, and gaming system.
  • A fully enclosed private garden with space for gardening, outdoor activities, and relaxation
  • A ground floor water closet. 

The staff office is located at the front of the property and doubles as a sleep-in room.
